I rented a Pinarello Nytro which is the road e- bike. I am actually not a huge fan of Pinarello because I find them a bit uncomfortable but that is what was available when booking. They gave me the battery extender but I did not need it. My biggest issue was that the derailleurs were not fully charged so I lost all the ability to shift gears 2/3 of the way through my ride and had to make a special trip to the shop for charging. Given that I paid over 400€ to rent this bike for 5 days I think this is unacceptable.
