Mondraker Crafty Carbon XR LTD Race : The Enduro Elite with Style

The LTD Race model of the Mondraker Crafty Carbon XR is the basis of the Crafty Carbon XR, an impressive enduro bike. The particularity of this model is its finish with a Transparent Amber color that highlights the Stealth Air carbon layers that make up the frame. This finish is unique in the Crafty Carbon 2023 range and adds a touch of distinctive style.

Bosch electrical system

For the Bosch Smart System Race engine, Mondraker chose the most powerful version of the Crafty XR 2023 range. This choice is due to the fact that the most powerful Bosch engine deserves a high performance part-cycle. The Crafty Carbon XR LTD Race has a high-quality frame, Bosch's most powerful engine, a 750 Wh battery and cutting-edge components, including Öhlins suspensions.

In terms of geometry, the bike is equipped with 29-inch wheels at the front and back, following the current trend of enduro and all-mountain ATVs. Mondraker's Forward Geometry ensures greater stability, responsiveness and superior steering accuracy. The 30 mm short gallows contributes to a 1 255 mm wheelbase, providing a more confident driving experience.

High quality components

At the component level, the Crafty Carbon XR LTD Race is equipped with Mavic E-Deemax S 30 aluminum wheels, Sram Code RSC brakes, and an XO1 Eagle derailleur, ensuring high performance. OnOff elements, such as the gallows, the Krypton carbon hanger, the telescopic saddle rod and the lock-on rubber handles, as well as the e-Thirteen TRS pedal with carbon cranks and the Fizik Terra Aidon saddle, complete the set.

However, for tyres, Mondraker opted for Maxxis Minion DHF (2.60) at the front and DHR II (2.60) at the rear, EXO +. Although versatile, these tires may seem slightly insufficient for stony terrain.

The suspensions of the Crafty Carbon XR LTD Race are of exceptional quality. The Öhlins RXF 38 M.2 fork offers 170 mm of travel and works irreproachably. The Öhlins TTX Air 150 shock absorber is perfectly suited for cycling and fork.
