1. The collection of personal data
When you create your account and place orders on the website www.revedevelo.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site), Bike Shop collects personal data about you.
The person responsible for collecting this data is the company Bike Shop (publisher of the RÊVE DE VÉLO website), a limited liability company with a share capital of 10,000 euros, whose registered office is at 427 rue Hélène Boucher, 34130 Mauguio, RCS Montpellier B 814 363 008, intra-community VAT number FR88814363008, telephone number: 04 67 27 87 72 (hereinafter Bike Shop).

3. Combating fraud
To combat fraud, Bike Shop ( RÊVE DE VÉLO ) has implemented a system using exclusion lists, which may lead it to:
