Description

Repair kit for tubeless tires

The Rep’Air kit Hutchinson allows tyre repair for mountain bike. It ensures a durable repair of tubeless tyres.

The laying of rustine is done using the glue which requires a few drops. The adhesive formula ensures instant grip while retaining flexibility to ensure excellent repair.

This kit is intended for the repair of the puncture up to 1 mm, beyond repair must be done using a patch allowing the repair of a hole up to 4 mm.

Mounting of a tubeless tire

After repairing your tubeless tire, it is recommended to add preventive fluid. After your puncture, liquid escapes to try to cloak the hole. The latex in contact with the dry air and thus makes it possible to rediscover the air leak.

As time goes on, the preventive fluid can harden in the form of a deposit that should be removed between the bottom of your tire and the tubeless rim bottom. Then follow the recommendations of the brand to fill your tire with liquid according to the diameter of it.
