Developed using wind tunnel testing, the MET Manta MIPS features an optimized shape that reduces drag while promoting consistent airflow. NACA air intakes, internal channels, and a rear deflector all contribute to efficient cooling to maintain excellent comfort during extended exertion.
The MET Safe-T Orbital system, combined with a 360° adjustable waist belt, ensures a precise fit for every cyclist. Air Lite straps minimize pressure points, while the Fidlock® magnetic closure makes opening and closing the helmet easy, even with gloves. Dedicated ports also allow for secure storage of sunglasses.
The MET Manta MIPS is equipped with the MIPS -C2® system, designed to limit rotational movements that can be transmitted to the head during certain oblique impacts. Combined with an in-mould polycarbonate shell and an internal EPS structure, this technology offers a high level of safety while maintaining a low weight.
