To the programme:
Various courses adapted to your level: Whether you are a novice or already a seasoned cyclist, you will evolve on magnificent routes, between mountains, valleys and small winding roads, with progressive distances and elevations.
Technical sessions to boost your performance: Guided by experienced coaches, you will learn tips to improve your pedaling, posture, effort management, and speed. Each day of internship will be an opportunity to progress while challenging you in a friendly atmosphere.
Moments of sharing and complicity: This internship is above all a moment of conviviality! In group, you will ride alongside other young cyclists equally motivated, with breaks and moments of relaxation to exchange around your passion.

Conditions:
Minimum of 6 participants required. If this number is not reached, the amount paid will be fully reimbursed.

€350 for 3 days
(transport option Montpellier-Gérone round trip : +€50, registration via the contact below)

Important information:
> Provide personal refueling for bike rides
> Come with a bike in good condition and small repair equipment (road bike loan possible and included, via the contact below)
> Helmet, glasses and gloves, adapt the outfits to weather conditions
