Instructions for use

Preparation in the oven:

Pour the contents of the GATOSPORT box, add 250 ml of water, mix the whole and then pour the contents into a dish of 25 cm in diameter. Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes at TH.6/7 (180/200°C).
GATOSPORT can be prepared up to 3 days before use and stored in a food film, the unused portions that can be frozen after cooking (never freeze a defrosted product).

Microwave preparation:

Pour the contents of the GATOSPORT box, add 300 ml of water, mix the whole and then pour the contents into a dish of 25 cm in diameter. Bake at 850/1000 watts for about 8-9 minutes.
In order to keep its marrow, the cake must be prepared on the day of its consumption.

Use:

GATOSPORT is consumed alone, possibly accompanied by water, tea or coffee. If you want to benefit from all its efficiency, do not consume other foods.
Consume 1/3 to 1/2 GATOSPORT by ending if possible 1h before the start of the effort.
Can be used between 2 competitions taking place in the same day.
