Aluminum Frame and high-end integration

The Moustache Clutch 160.9 is built on a 6061 T4-T6 aluminum Clutch frame , with 160mm of rear travel, exclusive integration for the Moustache battery and Pinion MGU motor, and fully integrated cable routing: everything is designed for cleanliness, robustness, and a very low center of gravity. It features a Boost 12x148mm drivetrain, with a 29" front wheel and a 27.5" mullet-style rear wheel, ensuring maneuverability and stability on technical terrain.

Intelligent suspension and drivetrain

At the front, the RockShox ZEB Ultimate fork (170 mm travel, DebonAir+ spring, external HS/LS rebound and compression adjustments, mini fender compatible) offers ultra-absorbent handling on aggressive terrain. At the rear, the RockShox Vivid Ultimate rear shock , adjustable for rebound and compression and equipped with a two-position lever, benefits from a Moustache-specific adjustment , for 160 mm of optimized travel.

The drive system is based on the Pinion MGU motor-gearbox (12 integrated speeds, 85 Nm), coupled with a clean, quiet, and virtually maintenance free Gates CDX Carbon Drive belt. The internal 780 Wh battery provides a claimed range of 110 km for the most demanding enduro rides.

Premium components and optimal control

The bike computer features the FIT Master Node Display with the FIT Remote Pure control ring and button, simplifying navigation of assist modes and settings. It's complemented by a Moustache aluminum cockpit (780 mm, 35 mm, 30 mm rise, 9° backsweep), a 40 mm 3D forged stem , SB3 Hornet grips, and integrated kickstand. Braking is handled by Magura Gustav Pro 4-piston discs paired with 203 mm MDR-S rotors for flawless power and modulation. The "Mullet" wheelset is built on Mavic XM1030 Maxtal tubeless Ready rims, with 29" wheels at the front and 27.5" at the rear, fitted with Maxxis Assegai 2.5" 3C MaxxGrip DoubleDown tires, offering uncompromising grip and traction.
